A combination of a 100-percent flexible acrylic base and mica pigment, the pearlescent paints from Royal Talens’ Standard Specialties series retain their vivid and bright colors for decades, with elasticity that prevents cracking.
The creamy consistency of the paints works well for creating more textured brushstrokes, as well as for smooth strokes, lending a translucent pearlescent sheen.
Virtually odorless, Amsterdam Standard paints offer a high-quality, economical choice that can be easily diluted with water or acrylic mediums to achieve a variety of painting techniques.
