We’re pleased to present our ten new additions to the professional watercolor paint line, which the ROSA Gallery range now totals 80 colors.
The two granular paints , the four super-granular paints, and the four single-pigment paints yield:
- new ways to blend and achieve the desired shades
- exciting and unique watercolor effects
- a wealth of colors for landscapes, botanical illustrations, architecture, and more

Among the new offerings, you'll find:
Saturated Azo Yellow No. 771 – a translucent color made from a single color pigment (PY151), with a high degree of lightfastness. An ideal alternative to cadmium yellow.

Golden Ochre No. 772, brings warmth to every painting and its derived colors. Very useful for landscapes.

Medium Cadmium Orange No. 773 — a single-pigment color (PY35)—is a richer shade than the familiar Cadmium Orange Transparent, with excellent lightfastness.

Dark Cadmium Red No. 774 — a rich, bright, and expressive shade of red, indispensable for any palette.

Pirol Red No. 775, or the most intense red in the Rosa palette. This pure, single-pigment (PR254) shade produces very interesting results when combined with phthalocyanine colors.

Medium Cobalt Green No. 776 – a super-granulated classic green with a grayish tint, made from a single lightfast pigment (PG26).

Spectral Ultramarine No. 777 — this impressive name denotes a richer and warmer shade of the ultramarine we are familiar with.

Indanthrene Gray No. 778 — a highly textured and multifaceted gray-blue shade reminiscent of indigo, with medium opacity and high lightfastness.

The Enchanting Azure Blue No. 762, whose richness and ethereal quality lend depth with a delicate grain.

And last but not least, the dual-tone carbon red No. 769 — a seemingly black paint that reveals a deep red hue with highly granular particles.

Each of which is made with 100% natural gum arabic , for easy dissolution and excellent attachment properties to the leaf fibers.
The colors in tubes (10 ml) match exactly those in cubes (2.5 ml).
