The nail polish enhances colors with a long-lasting, colorless finish that doesn’t yellow over time and provides a strong, even shine.
Apply with a brush in two thin, crisscrossed coats after the acrylic paints have completely dried and the oil paints have hardened .
It dries in a few hours.
For best results, the painting and the varnish should be at room temperature.
Before starting work, care must be taken to remove any accumulated dust, fine particles, hair, and insects.
For light dilution, you can use rubbing alcohol.
The same solvent is used to clean the brush before the paint dries, and to remove the varnish layer during restoration.
We provide more tips on the actual varnishing process in our blog.
