Perhaps KUM’s most popular and well-tested pencil sharpener, the AS2M model consists of an oval plastic housing with two slots, beveled at different angles and designed to be used on the same pencil, with the sequence marked on the cap and the metal body of the sharpener:
- Step 1: Remove the excess wood around the graphite core to expose it, which allows for longer drawing sessions or faster coloring of large areas. After this step, the graphite may look a little unusual, but this is corrected by
- Step 2, which shapes it into a needle-sharp tip for precise strokes.
The stopper behind the holes prevents the pencil from sharpening itself continuously and wasting expensive pigment—at a certain point, the pencil stops sharpening on its own, hence the name “Automatic.”
To ensure an even longer service life , KUM includes two spare blades, located next to the hinge of the transparent lid.
And that’s not all! For fans of mechanical pencils, the AS2M features two additional shallow slots for sharpening 2- or 3.15-mm leads.
The AS2M achieves the sharpness provided by larger automatic sharpeners, but at a much more affordable price and in a much more compact design. It is suitable for all architects, engineers, designers, illustrators, and artists who are looking for the convenience of a long tip.

Orders for an amount over BGN 100 have free delivery to the address or office of the courier.
For orders worth less than BGN 100, the cost of the courier service is at the buyer’s expense and is determined depending on:
- The selected courier company Speedy AD or Econt Express
- Delivery method (To office or to address)
- The weight and volume of the shipment
The amount of the courier service is calculated automatically by the system upon completion of an order.
A minimal difference in the amount of the courier service upon receipt of the package is possible due to discrepancies in the total weight of the package calculated by the system and the weight measured by the courier company.
