Talens Painting Medium No. 083 is formulated to increase the flow and transparency of oil paints, while also making them more oily.
Its content of vegetable oils, synthetic resins, and white spirit enhances the durability and elasticity of the paint layer to which it is added, increasing the gloss without adding a yellowish tint or affecting the drying time of the paints.
Adding a painting medium to oil paints before applying them softens brushstrokes and the edges where two colors blend.
If necessary, it can be thinned with white spirit or turpentine.
Let’s light it.
