Talens’ odorless white spirit is a very pure distillate and evaporates 100% without emitting any odor during the evaporation process, disappearing completely from the applied layer of paint into which it was mixed.
It makes the paint “thinner,” which is why it is often used in the lower layers of paint in a painting.
The drying time for paints to which deodorized White Spirit No. 089 has been added is slightly longer than that of Talens White Spirit No. 090.
It is also useful for thinning painting mediums for oil paints and liquid finishing varnishes during application, but it is not suitable for removing dried protective varnishes when correcting or restoring a finished painting. Let’s light it.
