Synthetic paper performs best with the following materials:
- Alcohol-based inks: The non-porous structure of the paper prevents the ink from being absorbed immediately, which makes it easier to blend colors and create marbled effects and abstract compositions.
- Acrylic paints: Acrylic paints adhere exceptionally well to smooth surfaces. You can apply thick, paste-like layers (impasto) or thin the paints with water to achieve watercolor effects. While the paint is still wet, it can be wiped away if corrections are needed.
- Acrylic markers: They offer excellent, opaque coverage and vibrant colors, as the paint remains entirely on the surface. Once dry, it becomes waterproof. It takes a little longer to dry between coats compared to traditional papers.
- Permanent markers: They allow you to create fine, detailed lines without smudging. The ink is more transparent, which makes it possible to layer colors. Mistakes can be corrected with rubbing alcohol while the ink is still wet.
- Mixed Media: This paper is suitable for combining various materials, such as alcohol-based or acrylic markers, ink, and fine-line pens. Its durability allows for the application of multiple layers.
- Digital Printing: It is compatible with dry-toner (laser) printers, making it a good choice for projects that combine printing and hand-drawing.
Recommendation
Because of its smooth, non-porous surface, working with dry media such as graphite pencils, charcoal, and dry pastels can be challenging. These media require a rough surface to adhere well to the substrate.

Orders for an amount over BGN 100 have free delivery to the address or office of the courier.
For orders worth less than BGN 100, the cost of the courier service is at the buyer’s expense and is determined depending on:
- The selected courier company Speedy AD or Econt Express
- Delivery method (To office or to address)
- The weight and volume of the shipment
The amount of the courier service is calculated automatically by the system upon completion of an order.
A minimal difference in the amount of the courier service upon receipt of the package is possible due to discrepancies in the total weight of the package calculated by the system and the weight measured by the courier company.
