The so-called “halves” are half the size of a standard pastel and measure 3.5 x 1.1 cm.
Rembrandt pastels are medium-soft dry pastels that provide control when creating precise details, sharp contours, and bold lines, while also allowing for smooth blending and coloring of large areas.
Their level of firmness makes them suitable for use as base layers over which to work with another color or pastel pencils without the paper’s texture becoming oversaturated with pigment, for painterly portraits, landscapes, and still lifes, or simply for quick and expressive sketches.
Each one is enriched with premium, finely ground pigments that offer high lightfastness and kaolin clay as a binder, pressed into a cylindrical form with a completely uniform consistency from one end of the pastel to the other.
This ensures the velvety feel upon application, the richness and purity of the shades—all hallmarks of the line— with minimal loose powder when applying.

Shipping Rates
Orders totaling more than 50 EUR qualify for free shipping to a residential address or a courier office .
For orders totaling less than 50 EUR, the cost of shipping is borne by the buyer and is determined based on:
- Selected courier company: Speedy AD or Econt Express
- Delivery method (To an office or to an address)
- The weight and volume of the shipment
The shipping fee is calculated automatically by the system when the order is completed.
There may be a slight difference in the courier service fee upon receipt of the shipment due to discrepancies between the total weight of the shipment calculated by the system and the weight measured by the courier company.
Customers of the Slanchogled online store receive a 30% discount off the standard rate for courier services provided by Econt Express Ltd. and preferential rates for courier delivery by Speedy AD.
