Amsterdam’s white gesso creates a stable base with a matte finish that controls absorption in the substrate and ensures excellent paint adhesion.
Proper priming helps the paint adhere to the surface of the substrate, which preserves color saturation and ensures the long-lasting durability of the paint layer when working with acrylic, oil or tempera.

Application and Operation
Suitable substrates: Can be used on cotton and linen fabrics, solid wood, plywood, cardboard, paper, and alkaline surfaces such as concrete and brick.
Preparation: Highly absorbent surfaces should first be treated with an acrylic primer (Amsterdam 005) or rabbit glue.
Properties: The formula, consisting of acrylic emulsion and titanium dioxide, allows for dilution with water or tinting with acrylic paints.
Texture: Can be applied in thin layers or thickly to create texture.
Technical Details
Directions: Apply at temperatures above 10°C; dries in a few hours.
Care: Wash the tools with water immediately after use; once dry, the coating is waterproof.
Safety: This product is not classified as hazardous, but it contains preservatives to prevent allergic reactions.
Storage: Protect from freezing.

Orders for an amount over BGN 100 have free delivery to the address or office of the courier.
For orders worth less than BGN 100, the cost of the courier service is at the buyer’s expense and is determined depending on:
- The selected courier company Speedy AD or Econt Express
- Delivery method (To office or to address)
- The weight and volume of the shipment
The amount of the courier service is calculated automatically by the system upon completion of an order.
A minimal difference in the amount of the courier service upon receipt of the package is possible due to discrepancies in the total weight of the package calculated by the system and the weight measured by the courier company.
